« Moment of clarity », it is not immediately a moment of clarity. It can become one in an instant of concentration and observation. The scrutiny of the mind towards something materialise this path. The wish to accomplish a sizable piece on an abstract subject was deeply important for me, I wanted to create shapes and colours for themselves on a large surface. The composition is of polystyrene slates and seven rolls of electric cables each long of 100 meters. The overlaying of cables each time give birth to “something” this dynamic gives each one of us the opportunity to sense some images or some personal patterns. From a distance the visual language may remind you of a work by felt pen or paint, but when closer it appears in a different manner, this ambivalence pleased me. At the beginning, in my imaginary, I had the vision of a plaster wall on a “construction site” covered in a messy manner with electrical cable. The rise of a complication gave me the wish to turn it into an artistic artefact.

"Moment of clarity", n'est
pas dans l'immédiat un moment de clarté. Il peut le devenir dans
un instant de concentration et d'observation. La tension de
l'esprit vers quelque chose matérialise ce cheminement. |
